While Outdoor Connection Partners is a new business, our leadership team have over 50 years of distribution experience for premium outdoor recreational products across Asia Pacific and Europe.
Built on years of collaboration, transparency, and consistent sales growth, we have deep rooted relationships with a network of outdoor recreational product retailers in Australia, New Zealand, China, Emerging Asia, and several countries across Europe.
With a diverse range of expertise across sales, marketing, network development, e-commerce, and aftersales support, as well as established systems and warehouse distribution, Outdoor Connection Partners are well positioned to maximise the potential of our brand partners.

Gregoire Dupont
Partner
With over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Gregoire brings strong strategic and business acumen, and a proven track record at delivering profitable growth across a wide range of distribution channels in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Although Gregoire enjoys the high speed thrill that comes with high performance recreational riding, he is also at his happiest trotting along at 3kph during harvest on his tractor.
Matthew Ng
Managing Director
Matthew has a strong background in sales, marketing and network development. Following several years working in FMCG, Matthew followed his passion for outdoor recreational products, and has held leadership roles across North America, Australia and New Zealand. When Matt has the time to find a break, he loves to load the ute and spend some time with the family camping the great Australian outback.
Juliette Kavanagh
Finance
Juliette has extensive experience in finance and business administration, having completed her MBA in 2015 and working in a wide variety of roles in both financial positions and urban development. Most recently Juliette serves as the CEO of a family of two beautiful young children. When Juliette gets a break in her busy schedule you may find her enjoying Sydney's beautiful beaches.
Andrew Barber
Sales
Andrew has worked in a wide array of sales roles in the Powersports world for over 15 years. Following a number of years working in large dealerships, Andrew worked his way up to lead the sales operations for one of Australia’s top motorcycle dealers. Although Andrew’s desk may not be next to motorcycles anymore, he makes sure to hit the road and enjoy the thrills of two wheels whenever possible.
Bennett Reid
Sales
Ben brings his broad experience in sales, operations and product development to the team. Having worked in FMCG environments, Ben was drawn to the powersports industry, from his passion racing karts. In the past Ben has delivered sales growth through product development opportunities in parts & apparel for Asia Pacific. Ben is a true Aussie through and through and loves spending a day with the family playing beach cricket.
Maxime Dupont
Associate
Max has a strong passion for anything technology and entrepreneurial, previously he has worked in a general advisory role to a small Sydney-based technology start up as well as a variety of aftersales and technical positions at corporate and retail levels. Max is currently in his last year studying Electrical Engineering on Canadas West Coast. When he is not working you may catch him out surfing, foiling, SUPing ... anything watersports!

We are currently in discussion and negotiations with several brands for distribution opportunities in Asia Pacific and Europe. Jettribe is a Personal Watercraft (PWC) brand that was born in Southern California in 1996, providing high quality and performance for the PWC rider. Their current product range includes covers, anchors & towing, footwear, goggles, guys and girls clothing, protective and riding gear, storage and helmet bags.
